salt + honey bakery cafe

Salt + Honey Bakery Cafe has been on the list of "must eat cute places of El Paso" for some time. For the second time this week, my mom and I went out on the town for a good meal to enjoy in an adorable atmosphere.

We walked into this bustling cafe during their lunch hour and were immediately greeted with smiles from the staff. Upon being seated next to framed El Paso magazine covers, my mom reminisced over the locations displayed on the wall adjacent to her.

Having eaten lunch before, I decided to just order desert. I asked for their jam bar while my mom enjoyed a glass of wine with her seasonal burrata salad. The food was delicious to say the least. We especially enjoyed playing with the burrata cheese atop of her salad, giggling at its unique and foreign texture.

My mom and I were able to talk about our faith and the future at this time. Happy to check this destination of the list, we joyfully looked forward to our next adventure together.
